Fit Camp for Women in St. Petersburg FL

What is Get Fit Camp?
Get Fit Camp consist of a comprehensive fitness and weight loss
program. The fun one-hour sessions include but are not limited too
cardio conditioning, strength training and Interval Training.

Is this right for me?
I am here to help you succeed.  It doesn’t matter if you are trying to lose the belly you gained during your pregnancy or want to shed some pounds or get back into shape … I can help you.  Just contact me and I will answer any question you may have.

How often do we meet?

Participants meet every Saturday Morning promptly at 8:00 A.M.  Check out our Calendar for our current schedule.

What you should bring?

An exercise mat or towel, plenty of water, running shoes, and the will to work out. You have the option of bringing hand weights to increase your workouts, but it is not recommended.

Where is the FIT CAMP located in St. Petersburg?
